I find that Bombardier is no ordinary company. It’s a successful blend of traditional family business and hi-tech operations. According to CEO Pierre Beaudoin, the success of the company lies in their commitment to long term goals and continuous investment in R&D. During the economic downturn, Bombardier continued investing in R&D while its competitors didn’t do much. Bombardier now foresees a lot of growth potential for near future. A good lesson to everyone trying to cut costs in the uncertain economic times that we live in.
